Bookings fees are based on the quality time that Penny will spend with you.

Some photography is done in my home studio, however my specialty is in photography based on the natural surroundings of your home and or the outdoors captured to create a forever memory.

All bookings are done on a pre-paid basis only. Bookings are non-refundable. However, bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours of appointment may be rescheduled within 30 days of cancellation. Cancellation must be in writing to receieve a re-scheduled time. Should a booking be cancelled a 2nd time, it will not be refunded nor re-scheduled.

Bookings which require rescheduling due to inclement weather have no additional fees and will be re-scheduled for the next available time slot.

All photo sessions include an unlimited number of pictures taken and my time perfecting proofs. From the photos I review and edit the photos that I feel best captures the spirit of the moment (deleting eyes blinked or mis-shots).

You will receive a CD with your finished photos along with my photographer's release for you to have your treasured memories printed during the calendar year in which they are copyrighted to the photo processing lab of your choice.

I do not make my money on prints, but in producing a quality memory for you. My collegue photographer friends advise me that my CD's are worth in excess of $500-1200 and that I should NOT be giving these to my clients but rather selling them. But I digress, the fun for me is dealing with the client and making you happy and keeping both our wallets content. Once you have your CD you can print as many photos of a print that you would like in that calander year. However, the release will not allow you to sell the photos for any other promotional or commercial purposes, I maintain all copyrights.

All photo session fees cover only time and talent in taking and editing your photos. Typically the session will run 1-2 hours depending on cooperativeness of the subjects involved.

Booking fees are as follows {Paypal preferred} Prices are subject to change but will always be posted on this page prior to becoming effective. I do my best to keep the PayPal buttons current, however will invoice you if there is a balance due. I maintain the right as a private photographer to refuse service to anyone I feel may cause harm to myself or equipment.

Because clients ask me to travel and fuel prices are always fluctuating we'll do our best to keep this fuel surcharge temporary and as affordable as possible. The fuel surcharge is in addition to your regular appointment fee. The surcharge is payable in advance for road travel: Houston $150, San Antonio $85; Victoria $65. Other Texas regions (Dallas, El Paso etc) or out of state bookings can be quoted separately depending on season and flight availability or if we'll be driving to your location.

(set up, pose selections, actual shooting of photos, review of photos and simple digital editing of photos selected for final prints).

***Advanced Digital Editing is billed at $65 pr hour.

All photo files are taken in large 8MB file sizes giving you the opportunity to purchase poster size prints if desired.

I will also give you my lab recommendations for the style & printing of your photography. Different labs use various papers and processing which can affect the outcome of your photos. I will send you to only the best labs for my work.

GENEAL NOTES & GUIDELINES:

Animals & Pets: These photo sessions go best when your animals have some obedience training and have been properly groomed. Modeling / Portraits / Engagement: Subjects are responsible for hair / make up / wardrobe changes.

Tattoo Art:

Subject is responsible for hair / make up / wardrobe changes. Considering tattoos photograph best when they appear "wet", various oils & spray water will be provided.

Pregnancy Intimates: Probably the more comfortable time frame for this type of photo session is at the end of your second trimester or beginning of your third trimester. You may

feel free to do several wardrobe changes if desired. Expectant fathers and big brothers or sisters are also welcome to these sessions. Your Pregnancy Intimates photos will only be used on this website with your express written permission at no additional compensation due to you nor to Front Cover Photography.

Delivery Day Extravaganza:

Limited bookings by contract only

I will only commit two pregnancy intimates

in a month's time because of the work involved.

Considering the intimate nature of baby delivery, it is highly recommended that you first become familiar with me as a photographer and I with you as a subject. We will go over what can be expected to be photographed during the course of your delivery day. The session is pre-paid with a minimum 60% deposit and the balance due within one week of photo session.

$850 for the first 12 hours. Labors which extend the 12 hour time frame but are less than 24 hours will be charged an additional $550.

ONCE BOOKED, THIS IS AN ON-CALL SERVICE. MEANING IF IT'S 2 AM AND IT'S TIME, WELL IT'S TIME AND I JUST NEED A PHONE CALL TO WAKE ME UP AND I'LL BE RIGHT OVER. Should you deliver prior to my arrival the session will be the cost of your pre-paid deposit only. The session then becomes a post delivery photo session and I will spend up to 12 hours with you and your family. You will still receive all of the above (e-mail proofs, 8 finished photos and your CD with my photographer's release).
